Bicycle registration system

All the bicycles that the dormitory residents ride need to be registered for their effective management by the dormitory office. Bicycle registration place is inspector offices in all Ajou dormitories. The dormitory office will dispose all unregistered bicycles at the dormitory bike racks that are discarded for a long time.

The main goals of bicycle registration system are to:

• a. verify lost bicycles
• b. manage/remove ownerless bicycles
• c. use bike racks effectively
• d. clean dormitories’ surroundings

Bicycle/Scooter registration process

Visit security offices or dormitory coordinator’s office → Fill out bicycle/scooter registration forms → Get bicycle/scooter registration stickers → Put the stickers on each bicycle/scooter → Complete bicycle/scooter registration

General Examination of Fire Facilities

There will be a general examination of fire facilities according to Article 25 of Fire Service Act regarding the maintenance and safety management of fire facilities establishment.

The items of general examination of fire facilities

• a. testing the Automatic Fire-Detection System
• b. testing Emergency Broadcasting System Equipment
• c. testing Emergency Exit Light Equipment
• d. testing Indoor Hydrant and sprinkler pump
• e. testing the gas extinguishing system
  • checkup existence of a fire extinguisher in residents’ room

Note:

• a. There will be a visit to residents’ room.
• b. There will be an alarm or sound in the middle of testing.
• c. It will be noticed on the bulletin board before having general examination of fire facilities.
