Note:

  • a. Residents  have to leave in the middle of the semester, residents will need to apply for refund request as same procedure as dormitory application.
  • b. The dormitory fee will be refunded to the student, but not the full amount. Students will be charged for the number of days student residend in the dormitory.
  • c. The criteria of refund policy are based the move-in date given by dormitory and not individual students' move-in date.
  • d. Residents who leave the dormitory because of the violation of any dormitory rules and regulations will not receive a refund.
  • e. Residents receive no refund for Summer & Winter vacation for early withdrawal from the dormitory.
