[2024 FALL SEMESTER] FIRE SAFETY EDUCATION

생활관 온라인 소방안전교육 안내 

1. Objective: To provide compulsory education for residents to safely protect themselves from fire accidents.  목적 : 화재안전 사고로부터 입사생을 안전하게 보호하기 위한 입사생 필수 교육 

2. For whom: 교육대상:

1) New residents for 2024-fall semester   2024학년도 신규입사생

2) Residents who have not completed the 2024-Spring semester among continuing residents for 2024-fall semester (Residents who have completed the 2024-spring semester are excluded from the training target) 2024 가을학기 연속입사생 중 2024-봄학기 미이수자( 2024-봄학기 이수자는 교육대상에서 제외)

3) Even if you have completed the course in the spring semester, if your student ID has changed in the fall semester, you must retake the course (The system cannot recognize you as the same student if the student ID is different)  봄학기에 소방안전교육을 이수했다하더라도 , 가을학기에 학번이 바뀌었다면 다시 수강해야함.(시스템이 학번이 다르면 같은 학생이라고 인식하지 못함)

3. Education period: 2024.09.12 (Thu) ~ 2024.11.10 (Sun) 

*Education period is extended from 6th Oct to 10th Nov 2024. 교육기간이 2021년 11월10일까지로 연장되었습니다.

4. Training hours: 2 hours per session/year (2 hours per person/year) 1회2시간/1년 (1인당 2시간 수강/1년)

*If you complete the course, you will be granted two hours.  However, the actual training time may be less than two hours. *과정을 이수하면 2시간이 주어집니다. 단, 실제 교육 시간은 2시간 미만일 수 있습니다. 

5. Training method: Click on the banner "Fire Safety Education" in the lower right of the main dormitory website with your student ID and Name, when you log in. 교육방법: 생활관 홈페이지 메인화면 오른쪽 아래 배너 " 소방안전교육센터"클릭> 학번,성명으로 로그인 후 교육

 * If you fail to log in, talk to the coordinator for "User Registration". You can take the courses after the administrator's approval. 로그인이 되지 않는 학생은 "사용자등록"클릭 후 소속을 "생활관"으로 신청하면 관리자 승인 후 수강 가능합니다.   Email: leehy2149@ajou.ac.kr

 * Fire safety education in the dormitory is mandatory, so you must complete it. 생활관 소방안전교육은 의무이므로 필히 이수해야합니다.

 * You will be given 10 penalty points, if you fail to take the courses. 미수강시 벌점 10점이 부여됩니다.

 * After taking 2 courses, you must complete the tests. And you do not have to submit a certificate of a fire safety education. 2개 강의 모두 수강 후 테스트까지 완료해야 이수됩니다. 수료증은 제출할 필요가 없습니다.
