Dormitory Access Notice Due to University IT Service Interruption



Scheduled IT service interruptions will occur to replace the university’s integrated storage system. Please be aware that this may cause inconvenience when accessing the dormitory during the downtime.


1. Interruption Schedule:

2025.1.17 (Fri) 18:00 ~ 2025.1.18 (Sat) 08:00 (approximately 14 hours)

(Subject to change depending on IT maintenance progress.)



2. Expected Inconvenience:

Dormitory access via the mobile student ID will be unavailable. (Plastic student IDs are expected to function normally.)


3. Dormitory Measures:


- All dormitory room doors will be forcibly unlocked during the downtime.

Dormitory entrance gates will operate in "Free Mode."

- What is Free Mode? Gates will automatically open when a resident approaches, without requiring a card tag for access.



4. Important Notes:


Please take extra care to secure your personal valuables due to the forced unlocking of room doors.

学校信息系统服务中断期间宿舍出入指南

因学校计划更换综合存储设备,信息系统服务将暂时中断。在此期间,宿舍出入可能会受到一定影响,敬请各位宿舍同学注意。

- 中断时间:2025年1月17日(周五)18:00 至 1月18日(周六)08:00(约14小时)  
  (实际时间可能根据作业进展有所调整)  
- 影响范围:移动学生证将暂停使用,可能无法通过其进入宿舍(预计实体学生证仍可正常使用)。  
- 宿舍出入安排:  
  - 中断期间,所有宿舍房间门将临时全部开放。  
  - 出入口闸机将启用“自由模式”运行。  
  (“自由模式”指学生靠近闸机时,门闸会自动开启,无需使用学生证。)  
- 注意事项:由于房间门将强制开放,请务必妥善保管个人贵重物品。  
- 咨询电话:各宿舍管理办公室。
