Notice of Dormitory Emergency Bell Replacement Work
Emergency bell replacement work is scheduled to be conducted in all dormitory rooms as follows:
1. Construction Period: Feb 17 (Mon) – Feb 23 (Sun), 2025
- Working Hours: 08:00 – 20:00
(The actual work is expected to conclude by 18:00; however, workers may enter rooms until 20:00 for post-work cleanup.)
2. Scope of Work: Replacement of emergency buttons inside all dormitory rooms
- Installation of communication cables and connection to the main system after opening the ceiling in the hallway
- Replacement of the emergency button located next to the entrance door inside each room with a new model
- Concurrent repairs of malfunctioning exit buttons and door locks in certain rooms
3. Important Notes
As workers will be entering the rooms for installation, please ensure the security of your personal belongings and valuables. (Workers will knock before entering the room.)
*A detailed construction schedule for each dormitory building will be announced later.
