2025 SPRING SEMESTER DORMITORY FEE REFUND

FOR MID-TERM MOVE-OUT




📌 1. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURES


1) Go to https://mportal.ajou.ac.kr/main.do and log in with your username and password.


2) Click "(New) Academic Affairs Information" to connect to Academic service.


3) Click "Application for Student Living".


4) Click "Refund Request"


5) Click "New"


6) Fill in the blanks : Reason for Move-Out, Refund Bank, Account Number, Account Holder's Name.


🔔 Important : Bank information is important. Please double-check that you have entered the correct information before clicking "APPLY." 

🔔 Important : Note that bank should be based in Korea, we can't give the refund to the bank account overseas.


7) Inform the dormitory coordinator that you have applied for mid-term move-out and submitted the refund request through the system. 


8) On your move-out date, clean your room and pack all your belongings.


     -> Fill out the "Move Out note" at the inspector office window.


     -> Submit it to the inspector, The inspector will record your move-out date in the system. 


     -> After all procedures are completed, your dormitory fee will be refunded to your bank account within 2–3 weeks.
