Measures for Managing Intoxicated Residents

During the University Festival

During the college festival period, the dormitory will take the following measures to maintain a quiet environment and ensure the safety of residents. All dormitory residents are strongly advised to refrain from excessive drinking during the festival period.

1. Strict Penalty Application for Dormitory Rule Violations
[Examples of rule violations related to intoxication]

- Drinking or smoking inside the dormitory: Immediate expulsion

- Smoking in non-smoking areas outside the dormitory: 20 penalty points

- Causing disturbances, entering the wrong room, vomiting, or otherwise inconveniencing others after returning drunk: 20 penalty points

- Creating noise or disturbances that interfere with others’ living conditions: 15 penalty points

- Bringing or storing alcoholic beverages inside the dormitory (including empty bottles): 15 penalty points

- Bringing in non-residents without permission: 15 penalty points

To be sent to all dormitories and all residents on Sep 25 (Mon)
