Notice of Dormitory Service Restrictions Due to UPS Replacement(March 1)

[New Residents]

Due to a campus-wide system shutdown on Sunday, March 1, new move-ins will not be possible on that day.

As access authorization for new residents cannot be issued, please make sure to move in around March 1, either

before Saturday, February 28, or after Monday, March 2.

Only registered dormitory residents are allowed to enter the dormitory buildings.

Entry by non-residents, including parents and guardians, is strictly prohibited.

During the system maintenance period, dormitory entrance gates will remain open, and room security systems may be temporarily unavailable.

Please be aware of the risk of theft, and when leaving your room, make sure to carry your valuables with you or store them securely.

UPS 교체작업에 따른 생활관 서비스 제한 안내

[신규 입사생]

-3월 1일(일요일)은 학교 전체 전산 작업으로 인해, 전산 셧다운되어 신규 입사가 불가합니다.

-신규 입사자 출입 권한 부여 불가하므로, 반드시 3월 1일 전후(2월 28일 토요일 이전 또는 3월 2일 월요일 이후) 입사 바랍니다.

-생활관은 입사생(거주자)만 출입이 가능하므로, 학부모님을 포함한 비사생은 엄격히 출입이 금지됩니다. 

[기존 거주자](3월 1일 이전 입사자)

-학교 전산 작업 동안, 생활관 출입게이트가 오픈되며,  호실 보안 장치가 미작동하므로 도난에 유의 바라며,  외출 시 반드시 호실 내 귀중품을 소지하거나 별도 보관 바랍니다.
