[Notice] REQUIRED DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION FOR SPRING SEMESTER 2026 (GOOGLE FORM)

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION




All residents of the Ajou dormitory for the Spring semester 2026, please submit the relevant documents via the link below.



1. TUBERCULOSIS TEST RESULT


1) Who must submit:

  • Those who have not previously submitted their tuberculosis test result

  • Those whose tuberculosis test was conducted before February 22, 2025


*Please note that even if you have already submitted your TB test result to the university (e.g., for exchange programs or graduate school admission), you are still required to submit it separately to the dormitory.
Submission to the university does not fulfill the dormitory requirement.


*If you have submitted your TB test result before, you can check the test date via the Ajou Portal.




2) Deadline of submission:  February 22 2026 (Sun)


3) Additional Notes

- If you do not submit your TB test result, you will not be allowed to move in. Please take the TB test in advance.

- If you move in after February 22, you can submit TB test result before the date of your actual move in.

- Students who do not submit a tuberculosis test sheet will get 30 penalty points and must be evicted from the dormitory.

- The result sheet must clearly state the TB status as either “normal” or “abnormal”(positive or negative) , and must be written in English or Korean

- File name format: “TB_studentIDnumber_name". (PDF file or JPG)

  e.g. TB_2025XXXXX_Yourname

2. Statement of Supervisor & Completion Certificate

(For graduate students who have completed their coursework)


1) Even if you submit all required documents, your application may not be approved if there is insufficient dormitory capacity.

2) Please combine both documents into one PDF file.

3) File name format: Graduate_studentIDnumber_name
 e.g. Graduate_2025XXXXX_Yourname

4) You can download the required certificate forms from the Dormitory website → Board → Form.
