[2026 FALL SEMESTER] DORMITORY APPLICATION

– 3rd Round (Remaining Slots)

1. Eligibility 

Applicants who are eligible to apply for the 2026-2 semester dormitory admission and who did not apply during the 1st or 2nd application periods, or who were not selected.

★ Students who completed registration (payment) during the 1st or 2nd application are not eligible to apply. Even if there are available rooms, changing the assigned dormitory building is not allowed.

2. Application Schedule

1) Application Date: AUG 8 (SAT) 00:00  - AUG 10 (MON) 24:00

2) Announcement of Selected: AUG 12 (WED) 14:00

3) Payment Date: AUG 13 (THU) 01:00 - 17:00 ONLY ONE DAY

4) Room Selection: Randomly assigned (Selection not available)

5) Move-in Date Information

• Hwahong Hall / International Dormitory / Namje Hall: Available for move-in from August 22 (Sat.)
• Gwanggyo Hall: Available for move-in from August 30 (Sun.)

Students who are currently residing in the dormitory during the summer session may continue their stay without checking out.

However, students who are staying during the summer session and will be moving to Gwanggyo Hall must follow the schedule below:

August 20 (Thu.): Check out from the current room and complete the room transfer process

You may leave your belongings in Gwanggyo Hall on this day and check out afterward.

August 30 (Sun.): Move-in to Gwanggyo Hall

3. Available Rooms for the 3rd Application Round

*Gwanggyo Hall 4-person rooms are only available for students with TOPIK Level 5 or above.

1) Even if there are currently no available rooms, you may still apply during the 3rd application period.

2) If rooms become available later, students will be contacted individually in the order of application.

3) Students who receive a waiting number during the 3rd application round will be contacted individually in order according to the waiting list if vacancies occur.

4) After completing the selection process for all 3rd-round applicants on the waiting list, if additional vacancies become available and further recruitment is required, information regarding the 4th application round will be announced through the dormitory website.

4. Additional Information

Students currently residing in the dormitory during the summer session who are assigned to Gwanggyo Hall for the 2nd semester must check out first and complete the move-in process again.

5. CIE Students for Korean Programs at Ajou University(Students in the Korean Language Program at the Center for International Education)
