1. Strict penalty points for violating the resident rules: sanitation rules that can occur due to drunkenness

 - Drinking and smoking inside the dormitory: eviction

 - Smoking in non-smoking areas outside the dormitory hall: 20 penalty points

 - Causing damage to others by drunkenness, such as making noise, mistaken entry, vomiting, defecating, etc. : 20 penalty points

 - Disturbing the lives of other residents with noise and disturbance: 15 penalty points

 - Possession and storage of alcohol in the dormitory (including empty bottles): 15 penalty points

 - Entering with a non-resident without permission: 15 penalty points

2. Guidance text messages and broadcasts will be conducted (9/25): for all residents and the entire dormitory

3. Night and late night special patrols will be conducted: on the 26th and 27th

4. Preparation of wheelchairs for drunk people to move around: Ilsin Hall

5. Designated operation of temporary accommodation rooms for drunk people (drunk people): regular check of health, preparation of necessary items (water, towels, etc.)
